Orange, Rhubarb and Almond

Ordering and Payment

You can book your cake, through our website 24 hours a day 7 days a week and any queries relating to such will be dealt with in our office hours. Our office is open Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm. You can contact us by emailing info@bakealicious.ie or calling 01 254 8206.

Please note that our bakery is small, and our capacity is limited. For this reason, we suggest you allow as much time as possible to avoid disappointment. We advise at least 72 hours to process all orders. If you should require changes to your order, please contact us direct. Changes to orders can be made for up to 96 hours before date required for. After such time, we can not guarantee we will be able to make such changes.

All cakes must be paid for in full 48 hours before the date required. We require payment in full to finalise and confirm your order. Prices are subject to change until you order is paid for.

Delivery and Collection

Collections for cakes and other orders are from 11am to 1pm Monday to Saturday. Collections outside of this time, unless arranged prior to collection, can not be accommodated.

We do offer delivery. Price for delivery is based on your Eircode. This is automatically calculated at checkout on our website. If your address is outside of our delivery boundary, please contact us on info@bakealicious.ie and we will happily assist.

If you are buying a cake to be delivered as a gift for someone, please ensure you have their full delivery address and contact number. If the address or contact number provided at the time of ordering is incorrect, it may result in a redelivery fee.

Cakes orders for outside of our working week i.e. Bank Holidays, Sundays etc. are available at an additional fee and are only available for delivery. Please contact us for more information.

Cancellation Policy

Payment in full is required to secure your order and all sales are final. When ordering a cake, we require 96 hours notice for any changes or cancel to your order. After such time, we have a no cancelations policy.

However, in the event of an emergency or if your event is cancelled and it’s beyond your control, we are happy offer you offer you store credit or move your cake to a different date. This is only applicable for orders over 48 hours to collection. After that we cannot offer either and your cake will be produced.

Allergies or Ingredient Sensitivities

All cakes are made in a kitchen shared with gluten, dairy, soya, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts and other commonly found allergens.

If you have any food allergens or intolerances, please speak to our staff about our ingredients before placing your order. This can be done so by emailing info@bakealicious.ie or calling 01 254 8206

Storage & Fresh Fruit and Flowers

All our cakes should be kept in a cool place or fridge between collection and serving.

We advise taking the cake out of the fridge one to two hour before serving to allow it to come up to room temperature.

We advise serving cakes with fruit and/or flowers on the day of collection or delivery. Please note our flowers are decorative and not edible unless specified.

Please note that photos of cakes are an example, all orders are bespoke and made to order so colours of flowers and fruit, and subject to seasonal change. 

Your cake will keep fresh for up to 5 days once kept airtight and in the fridge.

We occasionally use a small amount of alcohol in our cakes to enhance their flavours and this does not taste of alcohol or have any effects of alcohol.

Please consult with our staff to see if your cake contains alcohol or if you would like the cake to be alcohol free. We are happy to oblige.
